Filipino Veterans Fairness bill filed at US... →
Yet another attempt to repeal the Rescission Act of 1946… Filed by Jackie Speier, D-San Mateo, which is still waiting to be presented to the House of Representatives.  This also invalidates the “quit claim” from the Filipino Veterans Equity Compensation (FVEC) of the $787-billion American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). Hopefully, this bill can get somewhere!
